Accessibility Statement

Brand My Inbox aims to provide equal, independent access to its website and application. The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable Israeli Standard 5568 and service-accessibility requirements. A formal conformance audit is still required before this statement may claim full compliance.

The product uses semantic headings and landmarks, labelled forms, visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable dialogs and navigation, skip links in the authenticated workspace, accessible names for controls, responsive layouts, status labels that do not rely only on color, and reduced complexity through progressive disclosure.

Brand My Inbox is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including keyboard-only use and modern screen readers. Production testing must cover desktop and mobile combinations and both left-to-right and future right-to-left localized experiences.

Formal screen-reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, error-identification, mobile target-size, and third-party OAuth or checkout testing has not yet been recorded for every flow. Third-party provider pages are outside Brand My Inbox’s direct control. Alternative assistance should be offered where a provider creates a barrier.

Users should be able to report a barrier, identify the page and assistive technology, and request information in an accessible format. A named accessibility coordinator, email, phone where required, and response-time commitment must be inserted before launch. Until then, use a Brand My Inbox contact form and include “Accessibility” in the message.

Brand My Inbox is currently presented as an online service. If the operator offers a physical office, telephone service, events, or face-to-face support, the applicable physical accessibility arrangements must be added here.

Before launch, complete automated checks plus manual keyboard, screen-reader, 200% and 400% zoom, reflow, form error, focus order, timeout, motion, contrast, and mobile tests. Re-test material releases and document issues, owners, fixes, and dates.
